VENDOR PRIVACY POLICY

Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Novus Health Labs (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information of vendors using the Vendor Mobile Application (“Vendor App”).

The Vendor App is designed to:
  • Receive test booking notifications from users.
  • Accept or reject assigned home sample collection jobs.
  • Navigate to customer location.
  • Collect diagnostic samples.
  • Update job status
  • Coordinate with the diagnostic centre for further processing

Information We Collect

2.1 Vendor Information

We may collect the following information from vendors:
  • Full Name
  • Contact Number
  • Email Address
  • Government ID (if required for verification)
  • Bank Account Details (for payouts, if applicable)
  • Employment/Contract Details

2.2 Device Information

  • Device ID
  • Operating System Version
  • IP Address
  • App Usage Data
  • Crash Logs

2.3 Location Information

The Vendor App collects real-time location data when:
  • Vendor accepts a job
  • Vendor travels to the customer’s location
  • Vendor marks sample as collected
  • Vendor updates status at diagnostic centre
Location tracking is strictly used for:
  • Operational transparency
  • Job validation
  • Safety monitoring
  • Service quality control
Location tracking is not active when the vendor is offline or not on active duty (subject to app settings).

Customer Information Access

Vendors may receive limited customer details required to complete the job, including:
  • Customer Name
  • Contact Number
  • Address
  • Test Type (MRI / Radiology / Pathology / etc.)
  • Appointment Slot
Vendors are strictly prohibited from:
  • Sharing customer data
  • Storing customer data outside the application
  • Misusing personal information
  • Violation may result in immediate suspension or legal action.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Assign and manage home sample collection jobs
  • Enable job acceptance/rejection
  • Track service completion
  • Process reports at the diagnostic centre
  • Send job notifications via App / SMS / WhatsApp
  • Ensure operational compliance
  • Improve service efficiency

WhatsApp & Communication Integration

The Vendor App may integrate with messaging services (such as WhatsApp or SMS gateways) to:

  • Send job notifications
  • Confirm job acceptance
  • Notify sample collection completion
  • Confirm diagnostic centre submission
We do not access vendors’ personal WhatsApp chats. Integration is limited to service-related communication.

Data Sharing

We may share vendor data with:
  • Internal diagnostic centre teams
  • IT service providers
  • Payment processing partners (if applicable)
  • Government authorities when legally required
  • We do not sell vendor data to third parties.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures including:
  • Encrypted communication (HTTPS)
  • Secure cloud storage
  • Role-based access control
  • Limited data access within the organization
However, no digital system is completely secure. Vendors are advised to protect login credentials.

Data Retention

Vendor information is retained:

  • For the duration of contractual engagement
  • As required under applicable laws
  • For operational audit and compliance purposes
  • After termination, data may be retained for legal compliance.

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors agree to:
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data
  • Use information strictly for assigned jobs
  • Not misuse, copy, or distribute sensitive information
  • Follow company operational guidelines
Failure to comply may result in:
  • Suspension
  • Termination
  • Legal proceedings

Your Rights

Vendors may request:
  • Access to their personal data
  • Correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion request (subject to legal obligations)
